Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the security and cleanliness of Center facilities and property.
  • Provide residential, recreation, and transportation assistance as required.
  • Provide students with transportation services as required, and maintain vehicle documentation.
  • Assist in other departments as required, and schedule and deliver vehicles for preventive maintenance and repairs.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections, and report safety issues and concerns to supervisor.
  • Produce quality work and assignments in a thorough, timely, and accurate manner.
  • Maintain personal attendance, accountability, and work productivity standards.
  • Plan, prioritize, and organize assignments to meet established goals and deadlines.
  • Understand and apply job knowledge to effectively complete all required job responsibilities.
  • Mentor, monitor, and model the Career Success Standards as required by the PRH.
  • Provide high-quality supervision and management for the student population.
  • Provide quality programs and services for students, and ensure that quality is maintained and student needs are met.
  • Exchange ideas and information in a clear and concise manner, and contribute meaningfully to group efforts.
  • Effectively articulate thoughts and ideas, and identify problems, analyze causes, and evaluate solutions.
  • Work in partnership with staff from all Departments to ensure effective supervision and services are provided to students.
  • Accept direction and supervision from the Center Director/Center Duty Officer/Shift Manager.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Advanced degrees preferred.
  • Previous experience working with youth preferred.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid in-State Driver's License and meet Company insurability requirements.
  • Commercial Driver's License preferred.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds, and assess the lift load to ask for necessary assistance.
