Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description

The successful candidate will operate, calibrate, and maintain machinery, ensuring quality work and adhering to established processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inserting and removing molds on injection molding machines with precision.
  • Setting up temperature, pneumatic, hydraulic, and auxiliary equipment for production runs.
  • Performing machine start-up, shut-down, color changes, and minor troubleshooting.
  • Maintaining daily mold preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Monitoring and assessing auxiliary equipment performance.
  • Communicating with the QA department to prevent nonconforming product.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years' experience in injection molding, including hanging molds, mold set-ups, and machine start-up.
  • Functional knowledge of injection molding and machine processes.
  • Ability to perform physical mobility, including sitting, bending, twisting, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
