Job Summary:
Sutter Health is seeking a highly qualified Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our team. As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work on a two-year fellowship program that combines research and education in clinical psychology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and education in clinical psychology under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.
- Provide assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning services for patients with medical and developmental disorders.
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and coordinate with community resources.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive care.
- Make sound clinical decisions regarding patient acuity and dispositions.
Requirements:
- Doctorate in psychology required.
- APA licensed within the area of expertise.
- Knowledge of human development, psychological treatment, and intervention modalities.
- Knowledge of psychosocial factors relevant to mental health.
- Knowledge of American Psychological Association ethical standards.
- Knowledge of the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual and psychotherapeutic modalities.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
- Days of the week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Shift hours: 8 hours per day.
- Benefits: Yes.

- Position status: Exempt.
Pay and Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $34.50 to $34.50 per hour. Sutter Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
