Mixology Professional

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Professional to join our team at Outback Steakhouse.

Average salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced bartender who can efficiently craft every drink to perfection with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and all safety procedures during their shift.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service to customers at the bar.
• Craft every drink to perfection while serving customers responsibly.
• Have extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu and be able to recommend and upsell.
• Be a resource for Servers in the restaurant with answering questions about our Spirited Drinks.
• Comply with company policies and procedures related to responsible beverage service.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs., work in hot and cold environments, and walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties.

In California, Responsible Beverage Service Certifications are required (can be completed during training or up to 60 days after start date).
