**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Float Pool team at American Senior Communities. As a Float Pool nurse, you will have the opportunity to work at multiple facilities in the Greensburg, IN area, providing high-quality care to our residents.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide direct patient care to residents in a designated nursing unit
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices
