Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day and Night Shifts (15% Night Differential)
Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply electromechanical expertise to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Install LAM OEM Equipment effectively.
  • Engage in site safety initiatives to foster a zero-hazard workplace.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
  • Interpret and understand complex electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
  • Adhere to all site fabrication protocol requirements.
  • Utilize various test equipment, including test meters and hand tools.
  • Exhibit reliable attendance and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Follow directives from supervisors and complete additional tasks as required.
  • Maintain a positive, energetic attitude with a strong desire to learn and excel.
  • Read and comprehend engineering drawings and electrical diagrams.
  • Possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office Suite).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge in mechanics and electronics.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a clean room environment.
  • Ability to utilize hand tools and meters, and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • Previous experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
  • AS/BS degree or equivalent military experience.
