As a Clinical Fellow (CFY) at MGA, you can expect:

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a CF mentor to set and achieve personalized goals through in-person and virtual communication.
- Deliver skilled speech therapy services to pediatric patients from birth to 21 years old.
- Assess, create, implement, and adjust treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Educate and support patients and their families throughout the therapy process.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
- Current Colorado Speech Language Pathology License is mandatory.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Current BLS CPR Certification as per state regulations.
