Job Title: Overnight Supervisor - Janitorial

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Overnight Supervisor - Janitorial to join our team at Koa Restoration & Maintenance. This role is responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our luxury resort, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of janitorial crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of the resort.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the resort.
  • Communicate with upper management and human resources to ensure that staff performance is meeting expectations.
  • Provide training and re-training to janitorial staff as needed to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Exercise initiative to oversee custodial work, maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, appearance, organization, and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a janitorial or maintenance role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions:

The Overnight Supervisor - Janitorial will work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The typical shift is 10:30pm to 7:00am.

The hourly rate for this position is $21.50, depending on experience.
