Job Title: Travel Occupational Therapist

Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Home Health.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current WV License
  • 1 year experience in Occupational Therapy
  • Home health experience preferred
  • Successful completion of an occupational therapy program at a school of occupational therapy approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of American Medical Association or the committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
  • BLS certification
