Job Description

Job Summary

Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including checking in members, processing payments, and handling customer transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for members and guests.
  • Assist with sales and marketing efforts, promoting Crunch Fitness services and programs to members and guests.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and revenue goals, providing support and assistance as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or wellness environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
