Key Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Stock Management Specialist will ensure precise inventory tracking across all picking zones and storage areas. This role involves making necessary inventory adjustments through systematic cycle counts.
Work Environment:
Join our dynamic KeHE Distribution Center team.
Work Hours:
Sunday to Thursday
Days Off:
Friday and Saturday
Shift Timing:
4:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Additional Compensation:
$1.00 shift differential for hours worked between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM
Work Conditions:
Operate in a temperature-controlled environment (Dry, Cooler, Freezer)

Additional Benefits:
Eligible for comprehensive Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Prescription Drug Insurance after 30 days of full-time employment.

Eligibility for the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after one year of full-time service.
Accrue a total of 13 days or 104 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually.
Essential Duties:
- Conduct cycle counts and make adjustments to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Identify and remove expired products during cycle counts.
- Report and address damaged items.
- Communicate receiving and stocking discrepancies to relevant personnel.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and proper storage.
- Assist in training new team members on RF (Radio Frequency) operations.
- Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to safety protocols.
- Safeguard confidential company information.
- Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- At least one year of warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience with powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and comprehension.
- Basic computer skills required; familiarity with NTS, AS400, and RF systems preferred.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
- Certification on relevant lift equipment (e.g., Cherry Picker) is required.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this position require the ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 110 pounds. The role involves standing, walking, and climbing frequently. Associates may work in environments with varying temperatures and moderate to high noise levels.
