Job Title: Barista

Job Summary:

The Barista will assist with day-to-day operations of The Mill Ministry, including stocking and merchandising the store and transacting sales. Training on The Mill's coffee menu and use of espresso and other machines/equipment will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Help maintain operations of The Mill.
• Participate in training of new volunteers & employees.
• Communicate internally and externally in a tactful, courteous, and professional manner.
• Exhibit professionalism when communicating with Baptist Children's Homes of N.C. (BCH) employees and public contacts.

Requirements:

• Possess skills in proper telephone etiquette, active listening, and assessment.
• Have working knowledge of Point Of Sale (POS) system and operation.
• Excellent communication skills, including ability to relate effectively with people from various backgrounds.
• Valid driver license with safe driving record and ability to operate agency vehicle.
