Orthopaedic Liaison

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with referring physicians and their staff.
• Creating and executing marketing strategies to promote our organization and increase patient volume.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective communication and support for marketing and outreach activities.
• Preparing and presenting reports on patient volume trends, marketing results, and opportunities to expand referral base.
• Representing Orthopaedic Solutions Management at external events and meetings.

**Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field, and 1-2 years of related work experience. A valid Florida Driver's License is also required, and the flexibility to work some evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales and customer service skills, strong analytical skills, and organizational skills, with confidence in public speaking skills to conduct interviews on camera.

**Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience.
