As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our CICU team on a full-time basis, working 36 hours per week with a night shift schedule from 7 pm to 7 am.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to established ethical and cultural codes and standards of nursing practice.

You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes and demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in each encounter with patients, families, visitors, and other employees.

Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Licensure to practice in the state where work is being performed
  • Specialized knowledge of nursing theory, clinical practice standards, procedures, policies, and competence in mathematical calculations associated with medication administration
  • Ability to critically think and problem-solve in routine and emergency situations
