PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the General Manager in staffing by recruiting, scheduling, onboarding, and training team members; ensuring a safe, secure, and compliant workplace; fostering personal development opportunities.
  • Assist the General Manager in monitoring staff performance by communicating job expectations; planning, evaluating, and appraising job outcomes; providing coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions; coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity benchmarks.
  • Serve as the Manager on Duty during the absence of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
  • Ensure quality service by upholding service standards; analyzing and resolving service-related issues; identifying trends; recommending improvements to systems.
  • Enhance professional and technical knowledge by participating in educational workshops; reviewing industry publications; establishing professional networks; benchmarking leading practices; engaging in professional organizations.
  • Contribute to team success by achieving related results as necessary.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee cash management processes.
  • Provide additional services as required by the General Manager.

SUPERVISORY STRUCTURE

This role operates under the direct supervision of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, who will outline general assignments, limitations, and priorities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of managerial experience.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Capability to handle various assignments promptly with a high level of accuracy.
