Oral Health Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and organized Oral Health Coordinator to join our team at Dental Specialists of New York, P.C. As a key member of our front office staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless patient flow and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the PositionThis is a full-time position, approximately 35-40 hours per week. The estimated annual salary for this role is $52,000-$62,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as generous paid time off.
Key Responsibilities- Seat patients in designated treatment rooms in a timely manner
- Pour and trim study models
- Review patient medical history and progress from previous visits
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and cross-contamination prevention is also essential for this role.
