Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct feasibility analyses and prepare procurement documentation.
  • Estimate costs and develop comprehensive cost plans, ensuring clarity in presentation.
  • Manage the tendering process, including pre-qualification, tender list preparation, and analysis.
  • Address post-contract cost discrepancies and oversee change control processes, escalating significant changes as necessary.
  • Perform cost checks and valuations on major projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Contribute to value engineering initiatives and negotiate final accounts.
  • Engage with clients and consultants throughout all project phases.
  • Assist in the creation of bid documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing cost management procedures and systems.
  • Ensure that valuable insights and lessons learned are documented in our internal database.
  • Propose improvements to internal processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in consultancy, particularly in mechanical and electrical (M&E/MEP) sectors.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Preferred experience in industrial, data centers, commercial, infrastructure, hospitality, leisure, and retail fit-out projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with negotiation capabilities.
  • Able to work independently under pressure while managing time effectively.
