Position Overview:
As a Stepdown Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients requiring stepdown level services. This role is critical in ensuring patient safety and comfort during their recovery process.

Compensation:
- Weekly Gross Pay: $2396.00
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 HPW
- Regular Taxable Rate: $30/hr

Additional Benefits:
- M&I Allowance: Up to $483 weekly
- Housing Stipend: Up to $833 weekly
- Travel Reimbursement: Up to $500
- Compliance Reimbursement: Up to $200

Requirements:
- Availability for Day Shifts
- AHA BLS & AHA NIHSS Certification
- Experience in Stepdown Level Care
- Proficiency in Medical-Surgical Care, Vascular Surgeries, and other surgical services
- Familiarity with Trauma, Neuro, ENT, General Surgery, Urosurgery, Plastic Surgery, and Bariatric Arterial Lines
