Sign-On Bonus:

Eligible Certified Surgical Technologists may receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Those with over two years of experience can qualify for a $14,000 sign-on bonus, distributed at intervals of six months and one year. This incentive is available exclusively to newly hired external candidates.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining a sterile environment during surgical procedures.
  • Prepare and manage surgical instruments and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
  • Respond effectively to emergencies and adapt to changing situations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited surgical technologist program or two years of surgical scrub experience.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist must be obtained within three months of employment.
  • Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting patients and equipment.
  • Availability for on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Purpose of the Role:

The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care by supporting surgical teams and ensuring compliance with established standards and practices.
