We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at AMN Healthcare, Inc. in Macon, Georgia. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia to patients in a variety of settings, including operating rooms and clinics.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement anesthesia plans.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a CRNA in the state of Georgia.
• Board certification in anesthesia nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRNA in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
