Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Rehabilitation Hospital is a state-of-the-art, inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital providing comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. Our interdisciplinary team cares for individuals in the Puget Sound area who need continued care to recover completely.

Our rehabilitation programs provide customized, intense care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
Responsibilities:
This role involves demonstrating knowledge of medications and their administration based on patient age and clinical condition. The successful candidate will perform patient care considering specific needs and standards of care for geriatric and general inpatient rehabilitation patients. Under supervision, they will assist with assessments, identify and initiate appropriate interventions, and carry out the plan of care based on patient needs and response to treatment.
Requirements:
A graduate of an accredited licensed practical/vocational nurse program, current state licensure as LP/VN, CPR/BCLS certification, ACLS preferred, and IV certification required or obtained within 6 months are essential qualifications. A minimum of six months' experience in an acute care setting is also desired.
