About the Role

Riverstreet Manor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis, working evening/2nd shift. As a Charge Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising the Skilled Nursing facility during your scheduled tour of duty, making rounds throughout the facility, and ensuring that all administrative and professional working policies are implemented.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and delegate responsibilities to ensure that clinical duties and unit activities are completed to provide quality patient care.
  • Assess physical condition and nursing needs of residents, and direct and ensure appropriate nursing action in crisis situations.
  • Investigate incidents/accidents, and adjust staffing to ensure adequate staffing on each unit.
  • Ensure delegated responsibilities are within staff's practice/ability.
Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of three (3) years work experience as a Registered Nurse in a long-term care setting, with one (1) year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Must successfully complete a post-offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical/drug screen.
