About the Role

Invo Healthcare is seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention Team in Philadelphia County. As a leading provider of behavior, mental health, and therapy services, we are committed to delivering high-quality care to children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children and their caregivers in developing fine motor skills, such as reaching and grasping objects, and improving self-help skills, such as feeding, dressing, and oral-motor development.
  • Identify and modify sensory and environmental barriers that limit participation in everyday routines and model activities for the caregiver to support sensory, motor, and behavioral needs.
  • Serve as a member of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) team for infants and toddlers with occupational therapy concerns.
  • Facilitate goals and objectives per child's IFSP plan.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Perform other OT duties and responsibilities required by the Program and within the scope of licensure and/or certification.
  • Ensure all services are performed in accordance with state laws and regulations.
