As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for supervising and directing the nursing team to ensure the highest level of patient care. Your expertise in geriatric nursing and ability to lead a team will be invaluable in this role. Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and direct the nursing team to ensure quality patient care
* Assist the Director of Nursing in directing and coordinating nursing services
* Supervise nursing services during shifts, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
* Provide guidance and support to nurses during acute episodes
* Address employee concerns in a timely manner and document actions
* Participate in on-call rotations

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Current, valid RN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing
* Experience in geriatric nursing and leadership
* CPR certification
* Ability to read, understand, and follow policies and procedures
* Long-term care experience preferred
