Position Overview:
Saint Luke's Health System is in search of a skilled Operating Room Nurse to enhance our surgical team.
In this role, you will engage in a variety of surgical procedures, including but not limited to Caesarean Sections, Orthopedics, Urological, Gynecological, ENT, and General Surgery, with opportunities for Robotics training in the future.
Our team fosters a supportive and collaborative environment, emphasizing knowledge sharing to empower each member to excel. Weekend rotations are part of the schedule.Key Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to ensure safety and efficiency
Provide care to patients during the intra-operative phase
Delegate patient care tasks and supervise other care staff
Coordinate the care plan for a designated group of patients
Collaborate with healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Exhibit proficiency while adhering to established policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures. Success in this position requires flexibility and reliability.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience
Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
Registered Nurse with an Associate Degree in Nursing
Full-time night shifts available
