Long Term Care Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Long Term Care setting. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to residents in a Long Term Care setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience in a Long Term Care setting
  • BCLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications as required by the specialty assigned
