Position Summary:
Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions is on the lookout for a Manager of Field Fulfillment to enhance our Services Team. This role is pivotal in delivering support to the field team concerning procurement, salesforce management, documentation, and overall contract assistance within the South Region. You will engage in a highly collaborative and agile environment, closely partnering with the Field Service Team to adeptly manage both long-term and short-term contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide procurement assistance for all LTSA/Bridge/O&M projects within the South Region.
• Collaborate with Field Service Managers to execute parts-lists for new projects.
• Generate business-level reports on contract material expenditures and work with procurement to review and control regional spending.
• Address vendor invoicing challenges and oversee material tracking.
• Assist with ELTO closure processes.
• Reconcile monthly O&M expenses for customer invoicing.
• Facilitate work-order creation and offer general administrative support.
• Ensure accurate labor liquidation and monitor hours entered into ServiceMax and Kronos for applicable field teams, while capturing relevant entitlements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceMax/Salesforce within the region.
• Standardize documentation within AO Docs and maintain updated information for the region.
• Provide general project support.
• Offer backup assistance for resource management specialists in dispatching Field Service Representatives (FSRs).
• Undertake additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Expected travel: 20-25%.

Desired Attributes:
• Familiarity with digital tools such as SAP Sales/Distribution and ServiceMax/Salesforce.
• Background in procurement.
• Understanding of water treatment processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Solid analytical capabilities and business insight.
