Job Title: Retail Guitar Repair TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Retail Guitar Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our store staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high-quality instruments, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Your Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive excellent support throughout their visit.
- Instrument Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, showcasing your expertise and attention to detail.
- Store Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining store-owned gear, adhering to quality standards, and maximizing the value of our inventory.
- Warranty Repair Work: Efficiently complete warranty repair work, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ongoing Training: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry developments through ongoing training and education.
Requirements:
- Skilled Guitar Technician: Possess advanced knowledge of guitar repair, maintenance, and customization techniques.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and implement effective repairs.
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals, sharing knowledge, and supporting each other's growth.
