Key Responsibilities- Conduct inspections of health care facilities to evaluate compliance with state licensure and federal certification requirements.
- Document findings and complete written reports of survey findings.
- May be required to perform surveys as an individual, team member, or team leader.
- Must be proficient with computer equipment and software programs, such as Microsoft Word and Outlook, as well as smart phone technology.
- Must be available to work before and after normal work hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in accordance with Florida Statute 464.
- Two years of licensed professional nursing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in science/nursing from an accredited four-year college is preferred.
