Overview

Yale New Haven Health is seeking new graduate nurses to participate in a comprehensive one-year residency program. This program is designed to provide a supportive and immersive environment for new nurses to develop their clinical skills and become confident practitioners.

Program Highlights
  • 12-month residency program with paid orientation and training
  • Opportunity to work in various inpatient areas, including medicine, surgery, pulmonary, cardiac, and oncology

Requirements
  • New graduate nurse with a BSN degree
  • Current BCLS certification or must obtain within one month of hire
  • RN License or License eligible in the State of Connecticut
