Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Litigation Associate to enhance our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing intricate civil litigation cases from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial proceedings.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs.

- Offer legal counsel and strategic advice to clients.
- Work closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure effective case management.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensed to practice law in Texas.
- 3-5 years of experience in civil or commercial litigation.
- Strong skills in research, writing, and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated courtroom experience is advantageous.
