Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation methods, ingredients, and pairing suggestions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
