Job Summary

As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Accurately count and record inventory levels, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Material Handling: Safely secure and package materials for transfer, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Documentation and Labeling: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including proper labeling and inventory tracking.
  • Inventory Integrity: Ensure inventory integrity through proper transactions, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
  • Physical Demands: Physically capable of working on your feet, carrying, and stacking materials, as well as preparing for and participating in annual physical inventory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Operational Experience: Willingness and ability to operate forklifts, Reach Trucks, and Stock Pickers, with familiarity with dock equipment and safety checks.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Oracle WMS and scanning equipment, proficiency in consolidating and packing material efficiently, and skilled in picking and delivering materials as per work orders.
  • Computer Literacy: Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
