Server Representative

We are seeking a skilled Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests at Social Cantina in Mishawaka, IN.

• Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Take Orders and Serve Food and Beverages: Accurately take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and serve items promptly and accurately.
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with Kitchen and Bar Staff: Work effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Upsell Menu Items: Offer menu items and specials to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and take direction.
• Availability: Be available to work evenings and weekends.
