Role Summary


We are in search of enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about nurturing and educating children aged 2 to 5 years, inspiring them to explore and learn every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized learning environment.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with children, colleagues, parents, and the community in a friendly and respectful manner.
  • Comfortably handle routine caregiving tasks such as diaper changes, feeding, and cleaning toys and dishes.
  • Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each child.
  • Monitor and document children's responses to educational activities and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Work collaboratively with others, facilitate positive changes, and maintain open communication while being open to learning.
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols diligently.
  • Participate in all mandatory staff meetings, training sessions, and community events.
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required; CDA in infant/toddler education is preferred.
  • An Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education is advantageous.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a childcare or educational setting is necessary.
  • Willingness to pursue further education as mandated by ongoing regulations, including training in effective communication and safety practices for young children.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Must exhibit nurturing qualities, be capable of providing positive guidance, and engage in play with young children both indoors and outdoors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities are essential.
  • Demonstrate integrity, a positive demeanor, and the ability to take initiative while adapting to changes effectively.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with varying shifts available.

  • Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour; includes non-group health insurance and additional benefits.
