Job Overview

Facility Administrator:
The Facility Administrator is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the facility, requiring a minimum of five years of relevant experience in managerial roles that involve leadership of over 30 staff members, encompassing business operations, project management, and human resources.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree such as a Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Health Care, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in a healthcare setting, such as a hospital or pharmacy, at a minimum level of Associate Facility Administrator or equivalent experience.
  • Consideration may be given to candidates with substantial supervisory experience in correctional or detention facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with standards regarding space, furniture, and equipment.
  • Monitor adherence to the organization's established standards for space and budget.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with medical database software is a plus.

This position offers competitive compensation based on experience, with a starting salary of $110,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and enforce policies for effective facility administration.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians to oversee patient care responsibilities, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide recommendations on maintenance, repairs, and policies to enhance operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
  • Assist department heads in formulating departmental policies and fostering teamwork across departments.
  • Regularly review and update facility policies to ensure compliance with current regulations.
  • Communicate facility policies to employees, residents, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Manage contracts and insurance documentation.
  • Coordinate and oversee all facility rearrangement projects.
  • Ensure timely arrangement of building services.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
