Job Summary:

This is a critical role that requires the ability to deliver exceptional customer service, unload trucks, and maintain store recovery standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with finding products, completing cash handling duties, and engaging customers on our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload trucks and stock merchandise throughout the store
  • Assist customers with finding products and provide solutions
  • Complete cash handling duties to company standards
  • Engage customers on our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
  • Maintain store recovery standards to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store
Requirements:
  • Must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $$$18.50-$21.00 per hour, based on experience and location, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, tuition assistance, and employee discounts.
