About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dietitian Associate to join our team at DaVita. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a critical role in providing nutrition services and education to our patients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' nutritional status and develop individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) plans to optimize their health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication of nutrition-related information.
  • Develop and implement nutrition education programs to promote healthy eating habits and disease management.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in patient care conferences and IDT meetings to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
