Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to serve as a Ministry Coordinator at Ladgov Corporation. This role will be responsible for planning and executing monthly events, trips, and community service projects that promote spiritual growth and development among Airmen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate monthly events, including trips, sporting events, and recreational activities.
  • Develop an annual calendar of events, retreats, and leadership opportunities.
  • Provide support and guidance to Airmen in their spiritual development.
  • Collaborate with Chaplain Corps staff to ensure effective program implementation.
  • Submit required documentation to ensure proper funding and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Two years of leadership experience in administering and running an Airmen Ministries program.
  • At least two years of experience demonstrating an understanding and expertise of ministry to young adults.
  • Ability to work within a military structure and environment.
