Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
Requirements
  • Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
