Job Summary
We're seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team on a per diem basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human-centered primary care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- See patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
- Utilize clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
Requirements
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or Board Eligible with a scheduled exam
- State licensed in California, obtained before start date
