The Faculty Member in Internal Medicine will play a pivotal role in the educational framework of Lincoln Memorial University. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities including:
- Delivering instruction in the DCOM approved curriculum.
- Engaging in clinical responsibilities.
- Participating in scholarly activities that advance the field of Internal Medicine.
As a member of the faculty, you will be expected to uphold the mission of the University, the School, and the Department through your contributions.
QualificationsRequired: A D.O. or M.D. degree with Board Certification in Internal Medicine. Candidates must be eligible for licensure in Tennessee within the first year of employment and maintain an unrestricted Tennessee license along with approved medical professional liability insurance throughout their tenure.
Preferred: A D.O. degree with the ability to secure licensure in Tennessee, complemented by a minimum of three years of experience in clinical and academic medicine, particularly in teaching and leadership roles.
Academic rank will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
