$65,000 - $80,000 per year

About the Job:

The Resident Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential community in Los Angeles, CA 90042.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of resident relations, including rent collections and occupancy management.
  • Supervise and coordinate with onsite teams to ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports on financial performance, occupancy rates, and other key metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing assisted housing developments under HUD Section 202/8, 202 or 811 Program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with OneSite or Yardi property management software.
  • ADP WorkforceNow user certification.
