We are seeking an experienced Receiving and Inventory Specialist to join our Casa Madera West Hollywood team.

About the Role

This critical position involves receiving and organizing deliveries, maintaining a clean and well-organized storage area, and supporting our back-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and receive all deliveries, ensuring they meet quality, accuracy, and documentation standards.
  • Keep storage areas, refrigerators, freezers, and waste disposal facilities clean and organized.
  • Assist with general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing kitchen and back-of-house areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low stock, damaged goods, or discrepancies to management.
  • Support kitchen operations by replenishing ingredients, supplies, and equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in receiving, porter work, or food handling is highly valued.
  • Capacity to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and safe storage practices (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
