Key Responsibilities- Initial Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough initial assessments and administer standardized screening tools to accurately diagnose and treat patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing identified mental health symptoms and presenting problems.
- Culturally Competent Care: Employ culturally competent, trauma-informed best practices during psychotherapy to ensure that all clients receive sensitive and effective care.
- Referral and Care Coordination: Make essential referrals and connections to community resources through care coordination and help patients prioritize their needs.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Education and Licensure: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, and active licensure in California (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT).
- Experience: 2 years of experience in therapy, with a focus on crisis counseling and working with adults, children, and families in an outpatient setting.
- Skills and Qualities: Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, and the ability to understand and adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive annual salary range of $120,000 to $130,000.
