Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Materials: Safely transport building materials to job sites, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Truck Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain your truck to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Reporting: Accurately report any shortages or claims to your supervisor, providing detailed information as needed.
  • Loading and Storing: Assist in loading and storing materials, ensuring they are properly secured and organized.
Requirements
  • CDL License: Possess a valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a CDL driver, preferably with flat beds and/or tractor trailers.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform basic math calculations, read orders, and write instructions.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to deal constructively with conflicts and recognize potential problems.
