Clarity Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Senior E-Learning Developer/Multimedia Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our instructional design team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, interactive e-learning lessons for field technicians in the hydrocarbon producing and processing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging e-learning lessons in Storyline 360, incorporating audio, video, animations, and high levels of interactivity.
  • Collaborate with senior instructional designers and project managers to bring designs and storyboards to life with excellent visual appeal.
  • Work with 3D animators and artists to develop multimedia-rich e-learning content.
  • Utilize content libraries and assets to create highly interactive and engaging e-learning lessons.
  • Develop e-learning lessons for complex technical content, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic equipment.
  • Provide high-quality samples as part of the consultant selection process.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in e-learning development, including development of media-centric modules.
  • Experience in the oil & gas industry or a related field, such as utilities, energy, or nuclear.
  • Experience creating e-learning for complex technical content.
  • Highly skilled in Articulate Storyline 360 and video and audio production and editing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior instructional designers and project managers.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
What We Offer

Clarity Consultants offers a competitive hourly rate of $60.00 to $65.00 per hour W2, based on skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications, and specific work location.
