Job Summary:
- Administer nursing care to patients with various health conditions and disabilities.
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior to collaborating physicians and specialists.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
- Provide companionship and basic care to patients, promoting their overall well-being and comfort.
- Administer prescribed medications to patients under the guidance of licensed physicians.
About the Role:
- This is a registry position with Health Advocates Network, offering flexibility and autonomy in scheduling.
- We require at least one year (12 months) of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, along with the ability to practice in the state of North Carolina.
- A valid and current BLS provider card from the American Heart Association is also mandatory.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and a caring demeanor are essential for this role.
