TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience for every traveler who visits our travel centers.

• Process transactions on a point-of-sale (POS) register with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked food and beverage area, ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers.
• Assist with receiving product and unloading it, as well as stocking and organizing merchandise on planograms.
• Train lower-level cashiers on job duties and responsibilities, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
• Prioritize work according to store and management needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Know and follow safety guidelines, reporting any potentially unsafe situations caused by team members or customers.
• Establish strong communication and rapport with leaders and co-workers, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

• 2+ years of cashier experience preferred.
• Computer/POS knowledge required.
• Cash handling skills required.
• Merchandising/stocking experience preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
