Site Director Opportunity

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated and passionate Site Director to lead our elementary school program at Hillcrest Elementary. As a Site Director, you will be responsible for creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment that fosters the growth and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of teachers to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Ensure the site is operating effectively and maintaining licensing, safety, and educational standards
  • Partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education for their children
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners
  • Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts to grow our site
Qualifications:
  • At least one year of teaching experience with a proven track record of developing and inspiring teams
  • A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with families and staff
